Shoots The Tooth - Recipe for Udon Noodles

Ingredient:    
        Egg               One
        Plain flour   500    g 
        Water          175  cc
   
Seasonings:

  (A)  Salt               20   g
       
  (B)  Vineger       1/2 tsp 
          Milin           1/2 tsp

Since my ingredient , Mirre changes a little .
This is Mirre's ingresient :

Ingredient: 
        Egg             half
        Plain flour   250    g 
        Water            85  cc
   
Seasonings:

  (A)  Salt                 10     g

          Plain flour   250    g
  (B)  Vineger       1/2   tsp          
          Rice wine    1/2   tsp
          Suger              1   tsp

Method:

1.      Put plain fiour and seasonings(A) together into a big bowl and then stir evenly
2.      Add water and seasonings(B) slowly while stirring
3.      Add the egg and beat it ,then work together by hands to make a dough
4.      Cover with a plastic wrap. Wait it to rise for 1 hour.
5.      Put the dough into thick plastic bags. Pound it with great efort. (I  trod on it. XDDD )
6.      Remove the dough and roll out to a flake.
7.      Spead dry flour evenly on it . Roll it into a cylinder and roll out. fold twice.
8.      Cut into stripes by knife.
9.      Stretch them by hand . Spead dry flour evenly on it.
